This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• In the role of Senior Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be the key architect of our comprehensive social media presence and advertising initiatives.
• You will blend imaginative storytelling with data-driven marketing strategies, overseeing the entire marketing funnel from initial Reel concept to final conversion.
• Take charge of independently planning, creating, and optimizing Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads), covering everything from strategic development to performance reporting.
• Continuously analyze and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and funnels to enhance performance.
• Manage budgets effectively and scale campaigns that are profitable.
• Conceptualize and produce Reels, carousel posts, Stories, and feed posts tailored for Instagram and Facebook.
• Demonstrate autonomy in video editing (including cutting, subtitles, animations, and color correction) utilizing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Design visually engaging graphics and templates using Canva at a professional level.
• Establish a cohesive visual brand language that aligns with our positioning as a premium coaching brand.
• Monitor trends closely: Recognize and adapt to emerging social media trends and formats promptly.
• Formulate and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that encompasses both organic and paid approaches.
• Plan content and manage editorial schedules in close collaboration with the team.
• Develop community management and engagement strategies to enhance reach.
• Work closely with founder Chris Bloom on launches, webinars, and various campaigns.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in social media marketing, showcasing a successful track record in Meta Ads performance.
• Extensive experience with Meta Business Manager / Ads Manager, including campaign structure, pixel setup, Conversion API, and attribution methods.
• Exceptional video editing abilities: adept at quickly and creatively editing Reels and short videos in a manner suited for each platform (using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
• Proficient in Canva for creating graphics, carousels, story templates, and advertising creatives at a professional level.
• Strong visual and aesthetic judgment — you can instantly identify what content will succeed and what will not.
• Experience in the creator landscape, with a personal brand, within a coaching or education company, or in a startup environment.
• Fluent in German at a native level (content will be produced in German).
• A data-driven mindset complemented by a flair for creativity.
