Social Media Manager, B2B SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and other essential platforms.

• Produce and expand original and derivative written, visual, and video content.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance and streamline content ideation, repurposing, optimization, social listening, and workflows.

• Fine-tune content for AI-enhanced search, LLM-generated responses, social algorithms, YouTube, Reddit, and platform-specific search.

• Observe discussions, engage with the community, and cultivate relationships with key influencers.

• Develop executive thought leadership content across LinkedIn, video formats, and emerging media.

• Conduct experiments with various formats, messaging, posting strategies, and AI-assisted workflows.

• Analyze engagement, reach, audience growth, discoverability, brand uplift, and pipeline impact.

• Monitor platform algorithm updates, new features, creator trends, and AI/search behaviors, applying insights gained.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in social media or content creation within a B2B SaaS environment.

• Familiarity with long sales cycles and technical audiences.

• Knowledge of how social content impacts search visibility, AI-generated responses, and brand discoverability.

• Capability to develop content roadmaps and recognize real-time opportunities.

• Proficiency in writing, creating short-form videos, graphics, carousels, hooks, and captions.

• In-depth understanding of platform culture and community engagement.

• A growth-oriented approach to experimentation, data analysis, and rapid iteration.

• Ability to work independently, proactively establish priorities, and act swiftly without compromising quality.
