Social Media Manager, B2B SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and other significant channels.

• Develop and expand both original and derivative written, visual, and video content.

• Leverage AI tools to streamline and enhance ideation, content repurposing, optimization, social listening, and workflow processes.

• Tailor content for AI-driven search, LLM-generated responses, social algorithms, YouTube, Reddit, and native platform search functionalities.

• Observe discussions, interact with the community, and cultivate relationships with key influencers.

• Produce executive thought leadership materials for LinkedIn, video, and innovative formats.

• Conduct experiments with various formats, messaging techniques, posting strategies, and AI-assisted workflows.

• Analyze metrics related to engagement, reach, audience growth, discoverability, brand enhancement, and pipeline influence.

• Monitor updates in platform algorithms, new features, creator trends, and AI/search behaviors, applying insights effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in social media or content creation within a B2B SaaS environment.

• Familiarity with long sales cycles and technical target audiences.

• Knowledge of how social content influences search visibility, AI-generated responses, and brand discovery.

• Capability to develop content roadmaps and recognize real-time opportunities.

• Proficiency in creating written content, short-form videos, graphics, carousels, hooks, and captions.

• In-depth understanding of platform-specific culture.

• Ability to experiment, analyze data, iterate swiftly, and scale successful methods.

• Competence to work autonomously, prioritize tasks proactively, and act promptly without compromising quality.
