• Develop and implement influencer and partner marketing strategies that align with business growth objectives.

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-achieving team, ensuring well-defined KPIs and accountability.

• Take ownership of CRM systems to enhance partner management and outreach workflows.

• Create scripts, outreach templates, and proposals to boost partner engagement and conversion rates.

• Manage the entire partner lifecycle, including onboarding, quality assessments, contracts, and deliverables.

• Evaluate campaign performance and partner data to enhance ROI and increase efficiency.

• Oversee social media strategy, ensuring brand consistency and effective audience engagement.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for the smooth execution of campaigns.

• Manage operational tasks such as payments, reporting, and compliance.

• Spearhead the hiring, training, and onboarding of new team members to facilitate program scaling.
