📋 Description

• Ownership of Content Calendar: Strategically plan, create, and publish weekly posts on LinkedIn and X, ensuring you remain two weeks ahead at all times. Avoid gaps and last-minute scrambles.

• Extraction of Executive Thought Leadership: Transform the profound architectural insights from our leadership team into impactful published content and thought leadership.

• Management of Community: Thoughtfully respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across both platforms. Engage with practitioners, contributors, and leaders in platform engineering, adding real value to the infrastructure discussion rather than merely reacting.

• Reactive Content Distribution: Quickly respond to significant events in the cloud-native and AI infrastructure landscape—such as major CNCF releases, architectural debates, or KubeCon announcements—capturing attention while the narrative is still relevant.

• Coverage of Live Events: Provide real-time coverage for key global events (like KubeCon and important AI Infrastructure summits), delivering live threads on X, daily updates on LinkedIn, and comprehensive recaps post-event.

• Editorial Quality Standards: Uphold the quality of content published under our brand. You will be expected to rigorously defend our brand voice, challenge substandard content, and actively suggest higher-impact alternatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of Infrastructure: While you don’t need to be a Kubernetes kernel engineer, you should possess "infrastructure literacy." You should have enough knowledge of the landscape to write credibly for DevOps and platform teams.

• Mastery of Platforms: You have a strong, informed perspective on succeeding on LinkedIn and X, and can specifically point to developer-focused or highly technical social accounts that you have successfully grown.

• Discipline in Calendar Management: You work within a clear structural framework, proactively building and managing a structured content calendar while inherently maintaining a two-week safety buffer.

• Speed and Judgment: You expertly balance rapid output with corporate judgment, knowing precisely when to take advantage of an infrastructure trend immediately and when to ensure strict message alignment first.

• Analytical Rigor: You evaluate social success based on its ability to foster genuine community conversation, traffic, and distribution momentum—not merely superficial vanity metrics.
