This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop, create, and schedule compelling social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
• Design visually appealing posts with **Canva** to maintain brand consistency and enhance engagement.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to boost video content production and multimedia posts to elevate engagement.
• Monitor and promptly respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Create, edit, and optimize content (text, graphics, videos) utilizing **Canva** and other design tools.
• Oversee the posting schedule and ensure timely delivery of content across platforms.
• Track social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversions, and provide insights for enhancement.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends and algorithms to adapt strategies as necessary.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
• Conduct social media audits to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a social media management role within a company.
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage content across diverse social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong knowledge and proficiency in using **Canva** for creating posts, graphics, and other design elements.
• Experience with social media management and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or SocialPilot.
• Excellent written communication skills with the capability to craft engaging and persuasive posts.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a genuine interest in social media trends and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with basic analytics tools to monitor social media performance (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
