📋 Description

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Create, curate, and manage captivating content that embodies the brand voice and resonates with our target audience.

• Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to engage with the audience, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.

• Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, optimizing content based on insights and trends.

• Collaborate with other teams to enhance marketing campaigns through social media.

• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

• Execute paid social media campaigns to increase content reach and engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a marketing or digital agency setting.

• Strong comprehension of social media platforms, best practices, and industry trends.

• Outstanding writing and communication abilities, with a knack for creating engaging and imaginative content.

• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytic platforms.

• Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.

• Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to inform strategy and assess success.
