Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance social media profiles on TikTok, Instagram, X, and other platforms.

• Formulate and implement strategies for organic growth on social media.

• Generate and oversee innovative short-form content ideas aimed at boosting engagement and reach.

• Keep track of trends, popular formats, and competitor activities to uncover growth potential.

• Collaborate with content creators, editors, and internal teams.

• Evaluate social media metrics and refine content performance accordingly.

• Handle community engagement, including comments and direct messages.

• Assist in ecommerce expansion through content focused on driving conversions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in expanding social media accounts for ecommerce or DTC brands.

• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and strategies for short-form content.

• Proven history of boosting followers, engagement, reach, or conversions.

• Experience with organic growth strategies and content based on current trends.

• Familiarity with marketing that involves creators and influencers.

• Background in analyzing performance metrics related to social media.

• Excellent written communication and content planning abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Willingness to engage with NSFW content.
