Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement Mend.io's social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and additional channels as required.

• Engage with audiences by posting, monitoring, and responding on designated social media platforms.

• Create, manage, and execute a detailed social media content calendar.

• Utilize Sprout Social and Canva for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting purposes.

• Analyze social media analytics, KPIs, and metrics to assess performance and guide strategy.

• Collaborate with Design, Content, Event, and Product Marketing teams to source, produce, and modify content.

• Lead and manage the employee advocacy program to enhance employee engagement and expand social media reach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong grasp of B2B social media best practices, especially on LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, Instagram, and Threads.

• Demonstrated capability to implement social media strategies and manage content calendars effectively.

• Experience with social media management platforms like Sprout Social.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Analytical abilities to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights.

• Highly collaborative and a robust team player.

• Detail-oriented and well-organized.

• Proactive and self-driven.

• Innovative thinking for content adaptation.

• Previous experience in social media management within a B2B or technology/SaaS context.
