This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Create authentic, voice-aligned LinkedIn content for C-Suite executives to enhance each leader’s personal brand and industry authority.
• Generate and publish long-form content for the official Company LinkedIn page, fostering brand awareness and audience engagement in a B2B setting.
• Establish and oversee a consistent content calendar that aligns with company objectives and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with department leaders throughout the organization to pinpoint relevant topics, internal expertise, and timely subject matter to enrich the content pipeline.
• Track LinkedIn performance metrics and utilize insights to continually refine content strategy and posting frequency.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice across all LinkedIn content, whether executive or company-level.
• Keep up-to-date with LinkedIn best practices, algorithm updates, and trends in B2B content.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B content marketing or social media management, particularly with LinkedIn.
• Proven ghostwriting skills; adept at capturing and modifying tone and voice for various personalities.
• Excellent written communication abilities — capable of translating complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
• Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple content threads independently.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn’s content formats, best practices, and engagement strategies.
• Basic knowledge of content analytics and performance tracking.
• Experience in writing for SaaS, technology, or startup environments is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, or comparable productivity tools.
