📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for TikTok and Instagram, starting from scratch.

• Establish content pillars, positioning, and maintain a consistent posting schedule.

• Transform the client's concepts into refined short-form content.

• Oversee the entire content production process, including Reels, TikTok videos, Shorts, graphics, captions, and copy.

• Drive the personal rebranding effort and create a cohesive, premium, education-focused identity.

• Develop content that informs audiences about life insurance, family protection, and generational wealth in an approachable, non-sales-oriented manner.

• Cultivate the accounts organically to enhance inbound interest, build community, and generate referrals.

• Monitor engagement, report performance metrics, and continually optimize the strategy.

• Demonstrated experience in building and expanding TikTok and Instagram accounts, with a portfolio showcasing clear results.

• Exceptional short-form video capabilities, including ideation, directing, and editing.

• Proficient in graphic design, caption crafting, and copywriting.

• A proven history of developing personal or founder-led brands, including rebranding efforts.

• A keen aesthetic sense for premium, aspirational visuals that appear curated instead of generic or corporate.

• Ability to simplify and engage audiences with educational or complex subjects; familiarity with finance or insurance is advantageous.

• Emphasis on organic growth through community engagement and referrals, rather than reliance on paid advertisements.

• Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative, capable of taking direction and executing independently without rigidity.
