Social Media Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create customized social strategies for elite Playbook talent.

• Investigate viral trends, algorithm updates, and new features on Instagram and TikTok.

• Monitor and evaluate the weekly performance of our leading talent.

• Conduct weekly analyses of viral content and share insights with the team.

• Produce a regular newsletter focused on social trends relevant to our creator sectors.

• May participate in community calls or webinars.

• Provide feedback and assistance for paid ad creative.

• Assist with curriculum development and creator training.

• Create launch marketing kits that include precise templates, post formats, captions, and timing — eliminating uncertainty.

• Develop challenge marketing kits in a similar format.

• Analyze optimal posting strategies for each key vertical: Fitness, Yoga, CrossFit, Moms & Dads, etc.

• Master what to post for lead generation versus conversion, and teach these concepts.

• Oversee social growth tracking for our top 50 creators.

• Identify major opportunities and gaps on a weekly basis.

• You possess a genuine passion for social media — you monitor algorithm changes closely and are aware of what’s effective before it becomes mainstream.

• You have experience in crafting content strategies for creators, brands, or talent on a large scale.

• You can simplify complex strategies into clear, actionable templates that creators can implement without hesitation.

• You understand the relationship between organic and paid strategies and can think strategically across both.
