This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

• Produce manga-style illustrations, character designs, comics, and visual storytelling materials for social media platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional proficiency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).

• Demonstrated experience as a manga illustrator, digital illustrator, comic artist, or character designer.

• A strong portfolio that highlights manga-style, anime-inspired, or character-driven artwork.

• Experience in producing illustrations or visual content for digital platforms and social media.

• In-depth knowledge of Japanese visual culture, storytelling techniques, and online trends.

• Capability to develop creative concepts from briefs and produce final artwork independently.

• Comfortable working with global teams and integrating feedback effectively.
