This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Manage our social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, [others]) as a testing environment instead of a brand showcase—focusing on formats and hooks that generate measurable downstream results.
• Create and maintain a content testing calendar that includes clear hypotheses, variants, and success metrics for hooks, formats, offers, and CTAs.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-volume, performance-driven content (UGC, short-form video, founder/POV content) instead of a limited number of polished hero assets.
• Identify successful organic content and flag it for paid promotion and creator briefs.
• Build, execute, and expand our affiliate and influencer program from sourcing through negotiation, briefing, activation, and renewal.
• Recruit creators across various tiers (nano to mid-tier and beyond) with a focus on conversion efficiency rather than just follower counts.
• Oversee affiliate platforms and links (e.g., Amazon Associates / Influencer Program, [LTK, ShareASale, Impact, Levanta, Archer, etc.]) and design commission and incentive models that maintain profitability.
• Develop creator briefs that provide sufficient direction to remain on-brand while allowing for native and authentic content that effectively converts.
• Define and monitor key metrics: ROAS/MER on creator spending, CAC by channel, conversion rates, EPC, affiliate revenue, and content-attributed sales on both Amazon and DTC.
• Implement a structured testing schedule—documenting what you tested, the insights gained, and what you plan to scale or discontinue.
• Establish attribution as accurately as possible across the Amazon/DTC split (Amazon Attribution, brand referral bonus, UTM discipline, promo/affiliate codes) and be transparent about its limitations.
• Present results in straightforward language: what influenced the metrics, what did not, and what the next steps are.
• 3-5 years of experience in social, influencer, affiliate, or growth marketing—preferably with a DTC and/or Amazon brand.
• Proven results: you can highlight programs or content you developed and the associated metrics.
• Hands-on experience in building and managing influencer/affiliate relationships at scale.
• Strong analytical skills—you are comfortable with dashboards, spreadsheets, and platform reporting, and can translate data into actionable decisions.
• Solid creative instincts combined with commercial acumen: you can identify an engaging hook and consider whether it drives sales.
• Familiarity with the Amazon ecosystem (Brand Registry, Amazon Influencer Program, Attribution, Brand Referral Bonus) is a significant advantage.
• Experience with paid social or collaboration with a paid media team.
• Basic video editing skills / familiarity with content creation tools (CapCut, etc.).
• Experience establishing an affiliate program from the ground up.
• A network of creators available for immediate engagement.
• We value aesthetically pleasing content only to the extent that it enhances reach, clicks, conversions, and revenue.
