This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate engaging content at a high volume and pace: Conceptualize, produce, and publish top-notch, platform-specific content across various formats — including short-form videos, graphics, written copy, carousels, live moments, and more — leveraging storytelling strategies from consumer brands, sports media, and political campaigns to infuse contemporary cultural relevance into cybersecurity.
• Lead cross-functional content strategy: Serve as the subject matter expert and primary business partner for demand generation, field marketing, threat intelligence, product marketing, talent brand, and other teams — translating their goals into social content that delivers measurable performance.
• Engage with the community: Interact with customers, partners, and security influencers on SentinelOne's channels as well as within the wider social media landscape.
• Foster experimentation and growth: Remain updated on emerging social media tactics, best practices, and new platform features; draw inspiration from successful strategies in sports, consumer sectors, and political social media to discover and test innovative methods for expanding SentinelOne's audience and enhancing community engagement.
• Analytics and reporting: Collaborate with communications leadership and the social media team to define meaningful performance metrics and assess ongoing tactics alongside specific campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in social media, content development, or digital media — preferably with exposure to consumer brands, sports media, political communications, or entertainment.
• Demonstrated expertise as a proactive content creator: capable of shooting, editing, writing, and publishing independently without reliance on an agency or production team.
• In-depth knowledge of what drives content engagement on LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and TikTok — encompassing platform-specific formats, algorithms, and audience behavior.
• Knowledge and experience in cybersecurity are advantageous — but we equally value your ability to distill complex concepts into content that resonates with viewers and readers.
• Outstanding copywriting and storytelling abilities, with versatility across various tones (authoritative, engaging, human, urgent).
• Proficient in social media management tools (e.g. Sprout, Sprinklr, Khoros) as well as content creation tools and AI applications.
• Comfortable leading and collaborating across cross-functional initiatives involving marketing, product, partnerships, HR, IR, and other teams.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or speed.
