This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of Flosum's comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
• Enhance brand recognition by creating engaging narratives that establish Flosum as a leader in its category.
• Attract a minimum of 500 new individuals into the Flosum ecosystem each month through innovative and authentic outreach and content.
• Develop and implement targeted engagement strategies for our top 10,000 priority accounts, ensuring impactful interactions with both practitioners and executives.
• Spearhead thought leadership initiatives in collaboration with our executives, ghostwriting and promoting influential content that connects with the Salesforce DevOps community.
• Create and initiate inventive contests, campaigns, and community activities that ignite discussions and expand our audience.
• Generate a substantial qualified pipeline from social media channels, working closely with sales and demand generation to turn engagement into opportunities.
• Interact daily with users, customers, partners, and executives — ensuring Flosum’s social presence is personable, responsive, and essential.
• Monitor, report, and optimize against key performance indicators including reach, engagement, follower growth, account penetration, and sourced/influenced pipeline.
• Over 4 years of experience managing social media for a B2B SaaS or technology brand, preferably within the DevOps, Salesforce ecosystem, or enterprise software sectors.
• Proven success in building audiences from scratch and driving quantifiable business outcomes — beyond just vanity metrics.
• Strong creative abilities: you can identify trends, craft impactful posts, and conceptualize contests that truly engage people.
• Experience in engaging with executive audiences and simplifying technical subjects into thought leadership content.
• Proven capability to generate pipeline from social media channels and collaborate effectively with sales and demand generation teams.
• Proficient in data analysis — comfortable utilizing analytics tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Analytics, GA4) to guide strategy.
