• Collaborate with our Content, Video, and Influencer teams to produce content that performs well organically, while also identifying top-performing posts for amplification through paid campaigns.
• Oversee a social media manager to address both brand and CEO-led content on X, LinkedIn, and Instagram, assisting in writing, repurposing, and distributing content efficiently without overburdening executive time.

• Skilled in directing or producing high-quality visual content using tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
• Informed about business and entrepreneurship, capable of engaging a target audience that includes US-based small business owners and international founders forming US entities, with an understanding of how to create content that appeals to these main audiences and their sub-audiences.
• A self-motivated individual who has clear opinions about which platforms are effective, willing to abandon ineffective strategies, and capable of articulating doola's mission while fostering engagement through innovative social media strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English, with the ability to work within the PST timezone for meetings.
• doola is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
