Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee extensive social media campaigns to drive the growth of current social media channels. Generate innovative ideas and concepts for new social media content.

• Participate in the establishment of social media presence on emerging and new platforms.

• Manage social media coordination to align with significant projects, events, community management, and more.

• Collaborate with the design team to produce multimedia visual briefs that support social media content and communications.

• Analyze and report on the success of social media initiatives by utilizing social media monitoring tools, focusing on community engagement, content performance, and other KPIs.

• Work alongside marketing team members to synchronize ad campaigns with the social media strategy.

• Serve as the primary point of contact in our social media communities: providing support and responding to members; monitor social listening on a daily basis and escalate issues when necessary.

• Report directly to the PR & Brand Manager, suggesting and implementing optimal social media practices across all channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in social media, marketing, or coordination.

• Familiarity with established social media management tools and technologies.

• Proficient in listening and monitoring platforms (e.g., Hootsuite).

• Understanding of social media KPIs and best practices (e.g., X, TikTok).

• Knowledge and enthusiasm for the cryptocurrency landscape and its community.

• Highly organized, capable of collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders, and meeting deadlines.

• Ability to adapt tone of voice for diverse audiences within the community.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Experience in crafting social media content.

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of enthusiasm.

• Detail-oriented.

• Bonus: Familiarity with Crypto Twitter.
