Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in enhancing Base’s social media footprint by implementing regional content strategies on X, Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure cultural relevance and resonance while upholding brand consistency.

• Foster and engage the community by connecting with builders, creators, and traders.

• Track sentiment and trends within crypto markets and communities, transforming insights into actionable content or campaigns.

• Develop and oversee content while customizing it for various social platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Deeply engaged in crypto culture, actively participating in on-chain activities and keeping up with on-chain trends and narratives on a daily basis.

• Proven experience in social media management (preferably 3+ years) within the crypto, tech, or on-chain startup sectors.

• Additional experience in growth marketing, content creation, or community-driven growth is advantageous.

• Proven track record of growing or managing crypto communities, with established relationships with builders, creators, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) being a plus.

• Excellent communication skills; you write clearly and with personality, adapting your tone to suit different audiences.
