Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create high-quality, brand-aligned posts, Reels, carousels, and stories.

• Edit and transform event footage into short-form videos.

• Craft engaging, personality-filled captions.

• Organize and oversee the posting calendar in collaboration with designers and editors.

• Interact daily with community members through direct messages and comments.

• Build connections with creators, brands, and influencers to enhance organic reach.

• Promote events, collaborations, and various opportunities.

• Manage vendor outreach, sample partnerships, and collaborative efforts.

• Assist with giveaways, influencer campaigns, and brand partnerships.

• Monitor engagement metrics, provide insights, and refine performance.

• Ensure social media channels reflect the community’s mission.

• Demonstrated experience in short-form content creation (Reels, TikTok, carousels).

• Knowledge of AI tools for brainstorming, scripting, or content development.

• Excellent skills in engagement, community building, and relationship development.

• Capacity to juggle creative and operational responsibilities.

• Proactive self-starter who identifies opportunities and takes initiative.

• A passion for conscious living, entrepreneurship, or personal growth is advantageous.

• Residence in Mexico or LATAM is required.
