This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Develop and execute the Organic Social Media Marketing Strategy while enhancing existing processes to align with business objectives.
• Design engaging social programs—both editorial and promotional—with a unified perspective and brand voice to foster community growth and engagement.
• Oversee the creation, curation, and copywriting of daily posts.
• Utilize basic design skills through Adobe and/or Canva.
• Participate in photoshoots and travel as necessary to produce distinctive social content and advance influencer collaborations.
• Represent SmartBuyGlasses at influencer events and brand booths throughout Europe alongside our senior team.
• Manage daily operations of social media channels, including post scheduling across all platforms, fostering community engagement, and responding to direct messages.
• Supervise any external assistance involved in channel management.
• Develop and sustain social media content calendars for Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Coordinate the creation of assets, including copy, graphics, infographics, and videos for social platforms (both organic and paid), in partnership with the internal creative team and freelancers.
• Regularly monitor performance analytics and conduct competitive benchmarking.
• Assess the effectiveness of strategies and creative content, providing recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Stay updated on trends in influencer marketing, including channel algorithms, platform updates, legal requirements, and changes within the influencer community.
• Generate innovative, creative concepts for influencer campaigns.
• Design impactful influencer campaigns.
• Lead a team of specialists to audit and reach out to influencers, negotiating and briefing them to produce compelling content.
• Analyze data from multiple sources, identify weaknesses in the influencer marketing process, and collaborate with marketing teams to address them.
• Achieve influencer strategy goals and maximize commercial opportunities through thorough analysis and reporting.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in social media and influencer marketing within consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.

• A solid grasp of social and content performance metrics (distinguishing vanity metrics from commercial outcomes).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a creative instinct for copywriting.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or basic video editing tools.
• A natural storyteller who thinks in terms of hooks, formats, and emotional triggers.
• Capable of collaborating effectively while also being able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
