📋 Description

• We are seeking a proactive Social Media Executive who will oversee the comprehensive planning and execution of social media content for various brands.

• This position merges viral ideation, trend analysis, content planning, and implementation, guaranteeing that content is strategically developed and performance-oriented.

• You will be responsible for maintaining a content pipeline that is relevant, consistent, and in line with current trends and performance metrics on social media.

• Stay consistently informed about trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Identify viral formats, hooks, and content styles on a daily and weekly basis.

• Generate and suggest high-performing content ideas on a regular basis.

• Adapt trends to align with brand niches and marketing goals.

• Develop multiple angles, hooks, and variations for each content concept.

• Analyze the reasons behind viral content (hooks, pacing, psychology, structure).

• Constantly introduce fresh ideas to enhance reach and engagement.

• Independently create and manage weekly and monthly content calendars for assigned brands.

• Convert viral ideas and trends into organized posting plans.

• Create daily posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

• Ensure a balanced content mix (viral trends, brand content, repurposed assets, etc.).

• Regularly update calendars based on trends, campaigns, and performance metrics.

• Confirm that all planned content is organized, approved, and prepared for execution.

• Oversee daily posting across all social media platforms.

• Upload, format, and publish content accurately and punctually.

• Write captions, hashtags, and basic copy that align with the brand's tone.

• Schedule content in advance to ensure consistency.

• Manage stories, reels, and feed posts across all accounts.

• Collaborate closely with Videographers, Editors, Designers, and the Marketing team.

• Provide clear creative briefs based on trends and content concepts.

• Ensure all content aligns with the planned viral concepts and calendar.

• Follow up on deliverables to maintain quick execution cycles.

• Guarantee a smooth workflow from ideation through production to publishing.

• Adapt content for various platforms (format, ratio, caption style, length).

• Repurpose viral or high-performing content into multiple variations.

• Perform light edits as needed (basic trimming, captions, formatting).

• Ensure all content is optimized for each platform's algorithm.

• Manage multiple brand accounts across different platforms.

• Keep profiles consistently updated (bios, highlights, branding).

• Maintain an active, structured, and professional social media presence.

• Ensure content consistency across all pages.

• Monitor key metrics (views, engagement, reach, retention).

• Identify top-performing content and analyze why it succeeded.

• Recommend improvements based on performance data.

• Continuously refine ideation and calendar planning based on insights.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content execution.

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Excellent ability to identify trends and generate viral content ideas.

• Proven experience in creating and managing content calendars.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Capability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.

• Strong communication and coordination skills in remote settings.

• Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a marketing agency.

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).

• Understanding of UGC and performance-driven content.

• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
