This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Develop and oversee a weekly/monthly content calendar aimed at fostering brand growth and addressing consultation requests.
• Generate original, legally compliant content including reels/short-form videos, carousel posts, stories, and static graphics.
• Edit short-form video material (including hook, pacing, captions, and seamless cuts) to enhance platform performance.
• Craft clear, engaging, and professional captions and on-brand copy in fluent English.
• Schedule and manage posts and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn utilizing the appropriate tools.
• Monitor comments and inbox messages, responding professionally to enhance trust and engagement, or redirecting sensitive inquiries as needed.
• Analyze performance using platform analytics and convert insights into actionable improvements (identifying what to replicate, discontinue, or test next).
• Uphold a consistent brand voice that balances warmth and approachability with the professionalism expected from a law firm.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and the team to identify topics, develop educational content, and ensure timely approvals.
• Manage multiple deadlines simultaneously without compromising content quality.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand (not solely personal accounts).
• Experience in creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Proficient short-form video editing skills (in reels/TikTok style) using tools such as CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong design skills for social media graphics and carousels utilizing Canva (or similar tools).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, maintaining a professional tone suitable for a legal brand.
• Proficient in organized content planning and scheduling, including familiarity with Meta Business Suite and managing multiple posting deadlines.
• Previous experience supporting a U.S.-based law firm (strongly preferred) or another professional services brand (such as medical or financial).
• Knowledge of creating educational content that remains accurate and compliant, particularly in Family Law topics.
• Ability to develop simple content systems (such as templates, repeatable formats, hooks, and topic banks) that enhance consistency and efficiency.
• Experience in running or supporting paid social campaigns (Meta) and coordinating boosts/promotions.
• Capability to assist with light community management workflows and lead handling to facilitate consultations.
