This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• **Key Responsibilities**
• Oversee and schedule posts across various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Develop captivating and brand-consistent content (posts, stories, short videos/reels).
• Analyze metrics and engagement to enhance campaign performance.
• Investigate trends and propose innovative content concepts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain cohesive branding.
• **Must-Have Qualifications**
• At least **2 years of experience** in managing social media.
• Demonstrated success with **examples/portfolio of previous work**.
• Strong abilities in content creation (graphics, reels, captions).
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools.
• Capable of working independently during the 9 shift.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• **Nice-to-Have**
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar applications.
• Insight into the IT/Consulting/Training sector.
• Understanding of paid advertising campaigns.
