This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Schedule and publish approved content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, X, and others.
• Adapt content formatting to suit each platform, including captions, image sizes, link placements, and native uploads.
• Conduct a quality control checklist on every post prior to publication.
• Monitor comments, direct messages, and mentions across client accounts several times a day.
• Manage routine interactions, draft responses that require manager approval, and escalate high-risk issues within the designated service level agreement.
• Keep an escalation log updated.
• Implement the reposting schedule set by the Social Media Manager and identify resurfacing opportunities.
• Resize existing designs for use across various platforms.
• Compile monthly analytics reports, including engagement, reach, impressions, and click-through rates.
• Create and fill out report decks based on a specified template.
• Highlight significant metric changes on a weekly basis.
• Maintain the shared content calendar and proactively identify potential deadline risks.
• Conduct weekly competitor analyses and compile recurring summaries.
• Organize Canva and Drive folder structures, naming conventions, and approved asset libraries.
• Implement onboarding checklists for new clients.
• Identify execution challenges and participate in quality control checklist reviews.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in social media coordination, community management, or digital marketing execution; agency experience is highly preferred.
• Direct experience in scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major platforms.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Sprout Social, Later, Buffer, or similar applications.
• Strong attention to detail for spotting formatting issues, broken links, and typographical errors before publication.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts at the same time.
• Organized and self-motivated approach to maintaining systems.
• Excellent written communication skills for community management responses and internal flagging.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced remote environment with established processes and tight deadlines.
• Bonus: Experience with Canva for basic asset resizing and formatting.
• Bonus: Familiarity with social analytics tools and platform-level data exports.
• Bonus: Experience in legal, professional services, or other regulated industries.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Asana, Monday, or Notion.
