This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Moderating and addressing comments on our clients' social media platforms using their distinctive brand voice.
• Crafting thoughtful and engaging content to initiate conversations and enhance interaction.
• Maintaining online communities that are safe, respectful, and in accordance with client guidelines.
• Reporting issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when necessary.
• Serving as a genuine extension of our clients’ brands by comprehending their strategy, tone, and target audience.
• Excellent written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English, coupled with strong cultural awareness.
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms, particularly in moderation and engagement.
• Proficiency in writing for brands and adjusting tone for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms such as Facebook (account access may be required based on client needs).
• Capability to engage with a variety of content areas (e.g., technology, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, pharmaceuticals).
• Military or veteran experience, or relevant knowledge.
• Strong organizational abilities, dependability, and exceptional customer service instincts.
• Reliable access to high-speed internet suitable for remote work.
