This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Grifin's content strategy and development to enhance brand awareness and app conversions via social media platforms.
• Supervise daily content production, posting, and community interaction on TikTok and Instagram.
• Lead the research, brainstorming, scripting, creation, and distribution of content.
• Demonstrate significant growth in content engagement metrics such as conversions, views, and reach to non-followers.
• Monitor and engage with comments and direct messages to foster brand trust and interest.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to establish KPIs for tracking organic performance across various channels.
• Stay updated on internet trends and maintain awareness of discussions within the finance industry.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing, growing, and creating content for app-oriented brand accounts on TikTok and Instagram.
• Additional experience managing YouTube and Facebook accounts is a plus.
• Demonstrated history of producing multiple pieces of viral content (1M+ views).
• High energy, self-driven, and enthusiastic about understanding customer needs.
• Passionate about tracking performance metrics and conducting experiments.
• Open to learning from failures and willing to adapt based on testing outcomes.
• Capable of crafting compelling hooks and maintaining an awareness of current trends.
• Enjoy engaging with individuals online through comments and direct messages.
