Social Media Strategist, Content Creator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Develop detailed content strategies designed to meet various client objectives and target audiences, providing guidance on content creation, brand positioning, and distribution methods to optimize reach and return on investment.

• Generate innovative ideas for native social content, captivating hooks, and campaign strategies tailored to specific platforms, ensuring they are both creatively unique and commercially viable.

• Participate in client meetings and confidently articulate social strategies, clearly detailing the data and psychological rationale behind creative decisions.

• Edit social media films, reels, and short-form video content to a high-quality standard, making sure the pacing and visual style align with social-first consumption habits.

• Assist the production team behind the scenes by managing call sheets, preparing for shoots, and balancing creative demands with operational schedules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content creation in an agency or video production setting.

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, current trends, and the intricacies of platform-specific algorithms.

• Demonstrated ability to independently edit high-impact short-form video content using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English, combined with strong presentation abilities and a keen attention to detail.

• Proactive and reliable mindset—capable of being the internal expert on social media while working autonomously without constant oversight.

• Conversational or professional proficiency in French is highly desirable.

• Practical experience collaborating with film directors, camera crews, or within a dedicated production house workflow.

• Familiarity with utilizing basic AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, or scripting assistants) to enhance workflow efficiency and facilitate quick ideation.
