Social Media and Brand Engagement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the company's social media presence as well as the owner's personal pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Manage core posting and engagement tasks, including content calendar creation, scheduling, and responding to direct messages and comments on the company's Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, the owner's personal LinkedIn accounts, and the joint Instagram page.

• Produce before-and-after content by capturing raw photos and short clips from each job, then editing them into reels, carousels, and LinkedIn posts.

• Create personal brand content for the owners on LinkedIn, including ghostwriting thought leadership posts, customer stories, behind-the-scenes insights into running the business, and employee spotlights.

• Handle review and reputation management by soliciting Google reviews following the completion of each job, responding to all reviews, and managing Yelp/Nextdoor pages.

• Provide light reporting through a simple weekly recap detailing what was posted, performance metrics, and upcoming content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing various social media platforms and creating content (portfolio required).

• Strong proficiency in social media management.

• Expertise in social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics.

• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or any other video editing tool.

• Familiarity with design tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or any similar design/editing tool.

• Comprehensive understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Capability to work independently, adhere to tight deadlines, and create high-quality visual content.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for both visual design and polished production.

• Must have an established home office setup conducive for work.

• Computer or laptop requirements: at least an Intel Core i5 (7th generation or newer) or its AMD equivalent, 16GB RAM, functional camera, noise-canceling headset, and dual monitor.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 25 Mbps.

• Backup power and internet connection are essential.
