Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Craft captivating content for various platforms including Social Media, websites, email campaigns, landing pages, and additional marketing channels (this position is hands-on; you'll be directly involved in content creation rather than merely directing others!)

• Develop innovative campaign ideas specifically designed for Czech and Slovak audiences.

• Produce compelling copy in Czech for digital marketing initiatives and promotional materials.

• Collaborate with designers by providing briefs and working together to create high-quality creative assets.

• Oversee and sustain our Social Media presence, ensuring consistent engagement and communication.

• Strategize and manage content calendars and marketing campaigns.

• Evaluate content performance and offer suggestions for ongoing enhancements.

• Conduct competitor analysis to uncover trends, content opportunities, and fresh ideas.

• Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships to broaden our reach in the Czech and Slovak markets.

• Represent ADI at industry events, meetups, and community activities to enhance brand visibility.

• Collaborate closely with the General Manager to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or digital marketing.

• Exceptional copywriting abilities in Czech, with a knack for adjusting tone across various platforms.

• In-depth understanding of Czech audiences and insight into effective local content.

• Proven experience in developing content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

• Background in creating, filming, and editing short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

• Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar tools.

• Strong grasp of social media trends, storytelling techniques, and platform-specific best practices, with the ability to produce engaging, high-impact content.

• Experience collaborating with designers and preparing creative briefs.

• A creative mindset coupled with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive performance improvements.

• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in Czech (C2 level) and possess sufficient English skills to communicate effectively with the international team.
