This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Moderating and replying to comments across our clients' social media channels while maintaining their distinct brand voice.
• Crafting thoughtful and engaging content to ignite conversations and enhance engagement.
• Ensuring that online communities are safe, respectful, and in accordance with client guidelines.
• Reporting issues, insights, or trends to the internal team as necessary.
• Acting as a genuine extension of our clients’ brands by understanding their strategy, tone, and target audience.
• Excellent written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English, coupled with strong cultural sensitivity.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms, particularly in moderation and engagement.
• Capability to write for various brands and adjust tone for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with all major social media platforms such as Facebook (account access may be necessary based on client requirements).
• Ability to engage with a wide range of content topics (e.g., technology, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, pharmaceuticals).
• Strong organizational abilities, dependability, and exceptional customer service instincts.
• Access to reliable, high-speed internet suitable for remote work.
