Posted Jul 29

Posted Jul 29
This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the content calendar and strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Develop and produce content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including educational posts, myth-busting content, relatable/shareable material, patient story curation, testimonial graphics, and brand-focused content.
• Edit short-form videos in a style that suits each platform. As this position is fully remote, the video work will primarily focus on editing rather than filming (e.g., editing user-generated content and patient-submitted clips, as well as voiceover-driven content and illustration-led or animated formats).
• Curate and share user-generated content and patient reviews, ensuring appropriate permissions and reviews are secured.
• Collaborate with our clinician team and CEO to create and produce thought-leadership content for LinkedIn.
• Oversee daily community engagement, promptly and warmly responding to comments and messages across all channels.
• Monitor competitor and industry trends, utilizing insights to inform strategy and experimentation.
• Maintain the aesthetic of our profiles: accurate bios, current pinned content, and consistent branding.
• Conduct monthly performance reporting and leverage the results to refine our approach.
• A true combination of creative and strategic skills — comfortable both in content creation and in contemplating the purpose and direction of the content.
• 2-5 years of experience managing a brand or personal account, encompassing both content creation and measurement aspects.
• 2-5 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to adhere to style guidelines (i.e., design, editorial, PR).
• Comfort with strict compliance guidelines applicable to healthcare marketing (or another regulated industry, such as finance or legal, if direct healthcare experience is lacking).
• Strong time management skills; this role is broad and part-time at 20 hours a week, making prioritization essential.
• Part-time position (~20 hours/week) that is fully remote (1099 basis).
• While this role allows for a flexible schedule, availability Monday through Friday during typical business hours for occasional meetings is necessary.
• Competitive hourly pay, based on experience and qualifications.
• Opportunity to work with a growing brand focused on a people-first mission.
• Chance to own, shape, and implement the Company's social media content strategy.
