Social Media Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance LBX LATAM’s footprint across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn in Spanish, implementing content strategies established by the Brand & Creative team.

• Generate, edit, and disseminate content tailored for LATAM audiences, including short-form videos, podcasts, YouTube videos, carousels, stories, and educational posts.

• Construct a monthly content calendar that aligns with market events, product launches, F1 moments, and regional trading trends.

• Collaborate with affiliate and partner teams to produce co-branded and shareable content assets.

• Monitor LATAM trading communities (Telegram, WhatsApp, forums, and fintech spaces) to discover opportunities for engagement and organic community growth.

• Ensure all content successfully passes compliance review prior to publication.

• Track and report monthly organic growth and engagement metrics.

• Tailor global campaigns and creative assets to fit LATAM’s regional and cultural context in collaboration with the global creative team.

• Keep abreast of platform algorithm changes, content trends, and emerging social media formats.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in social media and content, ideally within financial services, fintech, crypto, or another trust-sensitive industry.

• Strong insight into how retail traders engage with content in LATAM.

• Proficient in video creation and editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools).

• Capability to operate under a creative brief and deliver consistent execution across platforms without needing to reinvent direction for each post.

• Familiar with compliance review processes pertinent to financial content.

• Proficient in English.

• Proven history of expanding a brand audience in sectors where trust is established gradually and can be lost swiftly.
