• Take charge of and enhance our brand visibility across social media platforms.

• Develop strategies, produce content, interact with online communities, and track social engagement.

• Maintain a consistently active presence on key channels while exploring new platforms.

• Transform core messaging into various formats and generate excitement around significant industry events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing social media specifically for B2B organizations.

• Knowledge of algorithmic best practices for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta, along with an understanding of the cultural nuances and unwritten rules of Reddit.

• Proficiency in using creator tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Premiere, CapCut) to swiftly create visuals and edit captivating short-form videos.

• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting systems.

• Exceptional time management abilities with a self-starter attitude, adept at managing a content calendar and meeting daily deadlines.

• A focus on customer-centric content creation.

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities, with attention to detail, tone, and accuracy.

• A proactive and collaborative mindset – you are inquisitive, creative, and eager to share ideas and ask questions.

• Preferred: Willingness to appear on camera, conduct voice overs, or feature in social media content.

• Preferred: Knowledge of the ResTech and/or AdTech sectors.
