This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will oversee the strategic planning and operational execution of our social media platforms, particularly Meta (Instagram & Facebook - organic), TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Your role involves creating, planning, and publishing captivating content that resonates with our target audience while genuinely reflecting our brand.
• You will devise innovative content formats and campaigns aimed at engaging our community and boosting interaction.
• Performance analysis of our social media initiatives is part of your responsibilities – you will monitor relevant KPIs and determine optimization strategies.
• As the core of our community, you will respond to direct messages, engage with comments, and maintain an active dialogue with our followers.
• By actively liking, commenting, and reposting, you will strengthen connections within our equestrian community and cultivate a vibrant, positive atmosphere.
• You will formulate and execute an influencer marketing strategy for the equestrian industry to enhance brand recognition and connect with our target market.
• You will identify key influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in the equestrian realm—such as veterinarians, riding instructors, or farriers—who align with our brand, engage with them, and negotiate partnerships.
• Managing current influencer relationships and establishing a network of top influencers and KOLs in the equestrian sector are key aspects of your role.
• You will create campaign concepts and briefs for influencers and KOLs to effectively convey our messages and objectives.
• You will enhance our influencer affiliate program to streamline processes and expand our community.
• You will oversee content creators for user-generated content (UGC) and lifestyle material to produce authentic and diverse content for our channels.
• Coordinating product tests, shoots, and content productions with creators will be part of your duties.
• You will develop and manage sponsorship initiatives for riding clubs to bring Horze to life for customers beyond the digital space and into everyday stable life.
• Organizing activities and events in collaboration with influencers, KOLs, and the equestrian community will strengthen our brand presence and enhance community engagement.
• You hold a degree in marketing, communications, media, or sports management, or possess a similar vocational qualification.
• You have professional experience in social media management, community management, and/or influencer marketing, preferably within the equestrian sector.
• A solid understanding of horses and extensive knowledge of equestrian sports are essential for this position – you comprehend the needs and language of our community.
• You are a social media expert with practical experience on Meta (Instagram & Facebook), TikTok, and Pinterest, and are well-versed in their best practices and trends.
• As a proficient user of Canva, you can independently create appealing graphics and visual content for our social media channels.
• Your creativity and eye for visual aesthetics enable you to produce engaging content that captivates our target audience.
• You excel in community engagement: you communicate empathetically and authentically, always finding the right tone for both positive and critical discussions.
• You possess an analytical mindset and can assess performance metrics to make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Your organized and independent approach allows you to manage a variety of tasks effectively.
• You are a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills who enjoys working with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English completes your profile.
