This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Establish and launch Sky's social media presence in Brazil from scratch, taking ownership of our social media and community platforms while creating a content strategy that is culturally relevant and aligns with Brazilian trends.
• Cultivate and engage Sky's Brazilian community by connecting with players on a daily basis, fostering relationships, and expanding our local fanbase.
• Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with Brazilian creators and influencers, ranging from micro to mid-tier, across the gaming, art, and lifestyle sectors.
• Work alongside our global performance marketing team to enhance user acquisition campaigns with locally appealing creative assets.
• Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Manager and the wider team to strategize and implement activations during significant seasonal events.
• Represent Sky at local fandom and gaming events (such as ComicCon Brazil and Anime Friends) as the brand's on-site ambassador.
• Monitor and report on community sentiment, engagement metrics, and growth indicators, relaying insights back to the global team.
• Over 5 years of experience in social media management, community management, or creator marketing—preferably within gaming, entertainment, or youth-oriented brands.
• In-depth understanding of Brazilian internet culture, gaming communities, and social media platforms—you are familiar with what resonates on Brazilian TikTok and Instagram.
• Proven experience in working with creators and influencers, from building relationships to executing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese; proficiency in English is necessary for collaboration with our global team.
• A genuine enthusiasm for Sky or similar games—emphasizing emotional, artistic, and community-driven experiences.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment while maintaining strong connections with the global team.
• Experience in performance marketing or user acquisition campaigns is an advantage.
