This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Expand Ema’s LinkedIn following from 30K to over 100K through innovative storytelling and optimal return on ad spend (RoAS).
• Maintain a coherent four-week rolling schedule across social media, blogs, newsletters, and other channels.
• Write or edit one blog per week, collaborating with engineers, design teams, and leadership to deliver content at scale and with speed.
• Partner with design to transform existing materials—such as whitepapers, blogs, interviews, and videos—into carousels, short videos, blogs, and newsletters to ensure brand consistency and repetition.
• Continuously test and enhance current channels, while also identifying new distribution channels and formats to amplify Ema’s social media presence (including YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and more).
• Monitor performance and conduct insightful, creative experiments.
• Build and oversee our community of senior leaders in enterprise AI: Agents of Change by Ema.
• Develop and engage our exclusive LinkedIn group, aiming to reach over 500 members within six months.
• Provide high-value content, polls, curated insights, and execute user research to inform original thought leadership.
• Foster relationships with Ema’s ideal customer profile (ICP), which includes enterprise executives, CAIOs, and operators.
• Assist in converting community engagement into business opportunities by collaborating with Product Marketing and Sales to nurture and convert leads.
• Support the launch of CAIO Academy / AgentSchool as the premier resource for enterprise AI transformation.
• Aid in drafting newsletters, creating content snippets, and managing the ABT microsite.
• Help facilitate Ema’s roundtables, community sessions, hackathons, and events.
• Consistently measure and track key success metrics including reach, engagement, and pipeline.
• Preferred: 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B Technology social media, community, or marketing roles.
• Previous experience in AI is highly desirable.
• Strong writing and editing skills across various formats and subject matters (business and tech writing).
• Ability to transform a blog or video into multiple high-performing social media/LinkedIn assets.
• Proficient in social media—well-informed on current trends, knowledgeable about AI/tech, and fluent in content formats such as carousels, threads, short videos, and event clips.
• Understand what motivates executives and operators in enterprises and how to drive their engagement.
• Well-connected to discussions in AI and enterprise technology.
• Capable of working quickly, independently, and excelling in uncertain environments.
• Possess a portfolio (even if informal) that demonstrates your diverse skills and creativity.
• Compensation will be determined based on factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
