This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop content that forges meaningful connections with audiences, gauged by high engagement metrics such as views, likes, comments, shares, and retention.
• Act as a knowledgeable editor skilled in algorithms, with a profound understanding of hooks, pacing, structure, and retention across various social platforms — taking charge of the DJ-ing, remixing, and optimization of content to enhance scalable performance.
• Assume primary responsibility for performance enhancement and platform success, consistently refining creative elements to achieve stronger outcomes.
• Edit and compile raw footage into polished final videos, ensuring that assets are tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube — maintaining a performance-oriented creative mindset beyond just post-production.
• Keep abreast of platform algorithms, emerging formats, creator trends, and editing techniques to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and competitive in user feeds.
• Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions and actively engage in ideation, recognizing that the essence of the role lies in executing and refining the work.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams on urgent requests and tight deadlines.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, project kickoffs, and team meetings, offering valuable insights and helping to shape performance-driven strategies.
• Guide and mentor Creators, and occasionally Art Directors and Copywriters across the agency — adhering to the direction of your A/CD to promote best practices in ideation, execution, and performance optimization.
• 3–5 years of professional creative experience, showcasing a strong enthusiasm for producing content (particularly in beauty) across various platforms — including social media, streaming, AR, music, film, and interactive mediums.
• Demonstrated experience as a video editor, ideally within the advertising, digital media, or a related industry.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Exceptional content creation abilities with the proficiency to produce projects from conception to completion, including video and motion design.
• Solid understanding of best practices for social platforms and performance metrics.
• Responsible, accountable, and a proactive self-starter who exhibits initiative.
• Strong collaborative skills, capable of working cross-functionally and nurturing positive team dynamics.
