Social Media, Marketing – Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Transform unedited photos and video clips into captivating, high-performing content tailored for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business Profile (GBP) for three unique brands.

• Take the initiative to create and oversee the content calendar, while crafting visually appealing social graphics, flyers, and promotional materials using Canva or Adobe.

• Build community trust by managing comments and direct messages, identifying and participating in relevant local Facebook groups, and assisting with basic SEO and backlink health related to GBP.

• Conduct research and organize local trade show and networking opportunities, managing outreach, event registrations, scheduling, and correspondence regarding sponsorship.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in social media management, graphic design, and video editing, supported by a strong portfolio of work.

• Ability to contribute innovative ideas, professional judgment, and constructive feedback.

• Excel in a low-supervision environment and successfully take ownership of the marketing strategy.

• Capable of managing multiple companies under a single ownership group concurrently.

• Strong working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, and management of Google Business Profile.

• Reliable personal computer that can handle professional-level design and video editing tasks.
