Social Media, Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create engaging, high-quality posts, Reels, carousels, and stories that reflect the brand's identity

• Edit and transform event footage into concise videos for short-form consumption

• Craft captions that convey personality and resonate with the audience

• Collaborate with designers and editors to organize and manage the posting schedule

• Interact daily with community members through direct messages and comments

• Build relationships with creators, brands, and influencers to enhance organic reach

• Promote events, collaborations, and community initiatives

• Oversee outreach to vendors, sample partnerships, and collaborative projects

• Assist with giveaways, influencer marketing campaigns, and brand collaborations

• Monitor engagement metrics, provide insights, and enhance performance

• Ensure the page remains fresh, inspiring, and true to the community's mission

• Demonstrated experience in creating short-form content, including Reels, TikTok, and carousels

• Knowledge of AI tools for brainstorming, scripting, or content creation

• Excellent skills in engagement, community-building, and fostering connections

• Capability to juggle multiple creative and operational responsibilities

• Proactive self-starter who identifies opportunities and takes initiative
