Social Media, Community Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand the social media accounts of Truelogic and the CEO.

• Design and implement content strategies that align with business goals.

• Plan, produce, and schedule content across various platforms.

• Tailor tone and voice according to each platform (LinkedIn, X, etc.).

• Discover opportunities on emerging platforms (Reddit, Twitch, etc.).

• Monitor community engagement actively (comments, messages, mentions).

• Encourage relevant discussions within the B2B tech community.

• Manage feedback and maintain online reputation.

• Craft compelling copy that aligns with brand positioning.

• Convert technical information into clear and engaging content for B2B audiences.

• Assist in the creation of visual and multimedia content (plus).

• Track social media metrics (engagement, growth, reach).

• Create performance reports and suggest improvements.

• Aid in data analysis for ongoing optimization.

• Support the implementation of digital strategies using HubSpot (Marketing Hub and CMS).

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Social Media / Community Management (preferably in B2B tech or the U.S. market).

• Experience in managing and enhancing the social media presence of a CEO or high-ranking executive.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Background in creating and executing content strategies.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret social media metrics.

• General familiarity with digital tools and social media platforms.

• Practical experience in managing paid media campaigns on LinkedIn.

• Tech-savvy, with a strong grasp of current digital trends, tools, and platforms.

• Nice to have: Experience with tools like HubSpot.
