Social Media Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily organic social media calendars for both Women's and Men's content.

• Publish, schedule, test, tag, link, and ensure quality-checking of content across all social media platforms, including weekend postings.

• Confirm that all content is properly formatted, approved, and optimized for each specific platform before it goes live.

• Manage publishing schedules, content calendars, cover images, thumbnails, links, and internal tracking systems.

• Occasionally draft captions, Instagram Story text, and other platform-specific social media content for select posts.

• Occasionally create, film, and edit TikToks, Reels, Stories, and other short-form social media content.

• Assist with content shoots and organize raw footage, final assets, briefs, agreements, and approvals.

• Collaborate with the Content and Creative teams to discuss asset requirements, timelines, edits, and final delivery.

• Spot gaps within the approved content calendar and highlight executional opportunities that align with established channel priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in social media, creator marketing, community management, or a related area.

• Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social media platforms.

• Well-versed in social trends, platform culture, creator behaviors, and native content formats.

• Proven ability to identify emerging trends and assess their relevance and suitability for a brand.

• Experience in shooting and editing engaging short-form social media content.

• Excellent writing, communication, project management, and organizational skills.

• Comfortable engaging directly with creators, customers, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Capable of managing multiple calendars, timelines, approvals, and deliverables simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with social publishing, analytics, project management, creator management, and file organization tools.

• Interest in hair wellness, beauty, health, lifestyle, or consumer brands is preferred.
