This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to brainstorm, develop, and implement creative social media campaigns and content calendars for various clients.
• Generate, curate, and schedule captivating content (text, images, and videos) across leading social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor and proactively engage with client social media communities, promptly and professionally responding to comments, reposts, messages, and mentions while upholding the client's brand voice.
• Employ social media management and analytics tools (such as platform native insights, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, HubSpot) to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance and audience growth.
• Conduct ongoing research on current social media trends, platform updates, best practices, and new industry innovations to guide strategy.
• Assist in optimizing social media posts for maximum reach and effectiveness, including the appropriate use of hashtags, geotags, and relevant keywords for search engine visibility.
• Provide support with administrative duties, such as preparing detailed performance reports and maintaining organization of client assets.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Previous internship or work experience (6+ months) in social media marketing, digital marketing, or within an agency setting is highly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen focus on grammar, tone, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.
• Basic familiarity with video editing principles and tools (e.g., Canva, Google Vids) is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of graphic design principles and tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• A degree or current enrollment in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Social Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt swiftly to the fast-paced and continuously evolving digital landscape.
