This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop and oversee our content calendar.
• Take charge of daily content management across TikTok and Instagram, as well as additional platforms as required.
• Transform inquiries, results, screenshots, product highlights, and social challenges into content that is native to TikTok and Instagram.
• Adapt approved user-generated content, founder videos, podcast excerpts, and other materials into social posts when applicable.
• Stay updated on trends, formats, sounds, memes, and platform behaviors, identifying which are pertinent to the company.
• Observe comments, saves, shares, direct messages, and audience feedback to gauge what resonates with our audience.
• Produce and/or coordinate short-form social media content, including Reels, TikToks, question/result posts, product explanations, repurposed user-generated content, and clips from founders, podcasts, or other sources.
• Create simple visual assets, templates, captions, and social posts using tools like Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar applications.
• Collaborate with the UGC Manager to ensure alignment on current creator perspectives, campaign priorities, and content experiments.
• Contribute to the overall content marketing strategy, extending beyond just execution.
• Bring innovative ideas to the forefront — exploring new content formats, partnership ideas, and community engagement strategies.
• Work closely with co-founders to ensure content aligns with product launches, company milestones, and growth initiatives.
• 2–4 years of practical experience in social media or digital content, along with a portfolio to demonstrate your work.
• Profound, native understanding of TikTok and Instagram — you grasp how the platforms and their algorithms function, not just how to navigate them.
• Strong discernment in crafting short-form social content, including hooks, pacing, captions, visual presentation, and platform-specific formats.
• Excellent copywriting skills — capable of creating captions, scripts, and short-form content that is engaging, clear, and consistent with the brand.
• Comfortable monitoring basic content performance and translating insights into actionable next steps.
• Proficient in graphic design tools (Canva or Figma preferred) for basic formatting, caption creation, and modifying branded graphics.
• Familiarity with short-form video production, including making simple edits, coordinating those edits, and providing feedback on social media assets (CapCut is the preferred tool).
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and content streams at the same time.
• Self-motivated and comfortable in an early-stage environment where not everything is clearly defined.
