Social Media and Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the organic social media presence from initial concept to the final post.

• Administer Instagram and TikTok, including Reels, Stories, and posts.

• Produce and edit videos utilizing user-generated content and original footage.

• Manage the Instagram and Facebook communities, addressing comments and messages.

• Identify common customer inquiries and convert them into Stories and Reels.

• Discover new UGC creators and negotiate barter agreements.

• Utilize platforms such as Trybe for content management.

• Create shot lists for content creators and compile and organize the resulting material.

• Appear on camera to create Stories reflecting day-to-day activities.

• Contribute to the development of ad creatives and record voice-overs for advertisements.

• Manage and grow affiliate and deal partnerships.

• Develop the channels’ tone of voice and visual identity.

• Analyze content performance and strategize for the upcoming month.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in social media marketing or content production, preferably for a brand or in the e-commerce sector.

• Proficient video editing capabilities with tools such as CapCut, Premiere, or similar software.

• Pleasant, natural speaking voice with a willingness to regularly record voice-overs.

• Outgoing personality and enthusiasm for on-camera appearances.

• Readiness to appear on camera, utilize a microphone, and create face-to-camera Stories.

• Ability to recognize and experiment with new formats and trends early on.

• Strong community management skills with a friendly and appropriate tone.

• Native-level proficiency in German.

• Excellent self-organization skills in a remote work environment.

• Nice to have: initial experience with affiliate or deal platforms.

• Nice to have: experience negotiating with creators and their management teams.
