Social Media Analyst, Influencer Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Clean and analyze data to facilitate client reporting deliverables.

• Tailor and manage dashboards and reporting tools for program-specific KPIs, including routine data quality assurance checks.

• Execute quantitative and qualitative research to address client inquiries.

• Create presentations, analytical reports, and visualizations that highlight key insights.

• Engage in client-facing discussions regarding campaign performance with cross-functional teams.

• Provide benchmarks, trends, and insights derived from reporting tools.

• Collaborate with account management colleagues to develop paid social strategies and targets.

• Stay informed about paid media products and services across social platforms.

• Set up and implement paid social campaigns, coordinating influencer involvement cross-functionally.

• Optimize campaigns to meet performance objectives.

• Introduce new methodologies and cross-functional processes.

• Establish new metrics to demonstrate program effectiveness.

• Publish data trends, industry insights, and thought leadership content.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in agency or in-house marketing roles.

• Strong strategic and analytical skill set.

• Excellent written communication abilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of social media and current organic and paid social marketing KPIs and processes.

• Proven communication skills, particularly across cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional capability to quickly learn and utilize new software.

• Ability to transform complex information into engaging narratives and visualizations.

• Experience in data analysis and extracting insights from multiple complex data sets.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.

• Experience in media buying or performance marketing is a plus.
