This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyzes the performance of social media campaigns, producing and visualizing metrics to form actionable recommendations.
• Assists in sourcing and identifying social media trends, providing suggestions on their application within campaigns.
• Investigates user engagement and conversion data to evaluate the effectiveness of copy and community management strategies.
• Cultivates a comprehensive understanding of audience targets based on project needs and explores ways to engage them effectively.
• Conducts research on online fan communities and offers recommendations for optimal engagement strategies.
• Transforms data and observations into detailed reports and visual presentations.
• Develops dashboards that facilitate effective campaign reporting and derive tactical insights aligned with social media objectives.
• Works collaboratively with accounts, strategy, partnerships, and creative teams to enhance their efforts with data-driven insights.
• Prior experience in a social media analytics role is essential.
• Experience in managing social media campaigns within the entertainment industry is required.
• In-depth knowledge of various social networks, their functionalities, and the marketing and digital advertising landscape is expected.
• Ability to provide examples of leveraging social media analytics to boost campaign performance.
• Exceptional project management capabilities with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience in creative storytelling, synthesizing channel insights, and effectively presenting consumer data to marketing stakeholders.
• Proficient in data analysis, including data cleanup and normalization, as well as developing strategic insights and recommendations based on analysis.
• Experience in a digital media agency is highly preferred.
