Social Content Strategist – Creator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop and take ownership of the Instagram content strategy that aligns with brand values and objectives for subscription growth.

• Construct and oversee a comprehensive content calendar.

• Identify content gaps and opportunities, proactively presenting innovative ideas.

• Produce engaging short-form videos and static content.

• Craft captions that resonate with the audience.

• Choose cover images and manage thumbnails effectively.

• Discover and reach out to relevant influencers and UGC creators.

• Establish a content library and maintain a continuous pipeline of UGC/influencer content.

• Manage approvals, rights for repurposing, and cross-channel usage of creator content.

• Analyze Instagram analytics and refine strategy based on engagement and growth patterns.

• Report on performance metrics and adapt the approach for each content cycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• A compelling portfolio that showcases real brand ownership.

• Strong visual sensibility and advanced content production skills beyond basic Canva usage.

• Hands-on experience managing influencer or UGC coordination processes.

• Proven track record of overseeing a social media presence from strategy development through execution.

• Previous remote work experience with companies based in the US or UK.

• Proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Asana, ClickUp, WhatsApp, or Google Workspace.

• Familiarity with Instagram and short-form video platforms.

• Advanced content creation and video editing skills; applicants should specify their toolset.

• Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

• Willingness and comfort with on-camera appearances preferred.

• Experience within D2C or subscription-based e-commerce sectors preferred.

• Understanding of the target consumer demographic preferred.

• Ability to complete the necessary application video.
