This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing TikTok Shop and UGC campaigns to ensure seamless execution and alignment with brand objectives.
• Help manage TikTok Shop Affiliate accounts, track affiliate performance, and implement social commerce campaigns aimed at boosting sales and engagement.
• Support the identification of new TikTok affiliates, content creators, and brand partners to enhance our social commerce and UGC initiatives.
• Engage with creator communities by monitoring interactions, responding to inquiries, nurturing relationships, and promoting authentic brand advocacy through content.
• Consistently track UGC and social commerce performance metrics, deriving insights to refine future campaigns and enhance engagement.
• Keep abreast of social commerce trends, TikTok algorithm changes, and new creator strategies to guide campaign recommendations.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, creator strategy discussions, and project coordination to help develop successful campaigns.
• Take initiative in assigned tasks, managing projects effectively while adhering to deadlines and surpassing expectations.
• Experience or a keen interest in social commerce and creator marketing, especially on TikTok and other emerging social shopping platforms.
• Currently pursuing or recently obtained a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
• Strong writing and grammar capabilities.
