Community Engagement Associate

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance Jerry's organic visibility across prominent channels such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Create a comprehensive playbook for community engagement at Jerry.

• Transform Jerry’s subreddits into vibrant, trusted community hubs.

• Formulate a content and engagement strategy that can scale while maintaining authenticity.

• Assess sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in community management or organic social, preferably within fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing and/or regulated sector.

• A platform native who strongly dislikes corporate jargon.

• Demonstrated ability to humanize 'boring' or 'stressful' categories, making them engaging and worthwhile to follow.

• Solid understanding of SEO and LLMs.
